Vegan Hemp Protein Bars



The healthy things in these vegan hemp protein bars are hemp protein powder, oats, nuts, and dried fruits. They're easy to carry and taste great as a snack or breakfast on the go.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup hemp protein powder
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

Roll out the oats and put them in a large bowl

Add the chopped almonds, dried cranberries, shredded coconut, vegan chocolate chips, cinnamon, and salt

To the dry mix, add the almond butter and maple syrup

Combine everything together and mix it until it turns sticky

Peel off the paper from a square baking dish and press the mixture firmly into it

Put it in the fridge for at least an hour to set

Take it out of the fridge when it's set and cut it into bars

The bars can be kept in the fridge for up to a week in a container that doesn't let air in
