Coconut Cream Poke Cake Parfait



Indulge in the delightful flavors of coconut with this Coconut Cream Poke Cake Parfait. The moist cake infused with coconut milk and cream is layered with whipped cream and toasted coconut, creating a heavenly dessert experience.

Ingredients:

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup shredded coconut, toasted

Instructions:

Follow the directions on the box to make the white cake mix

Put the cake in a square pan and bake it

After it's done, let it cool completely

Poke holes in the cake all over with the handle of a wooden spoon

Put coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, and coconut cream in a bowl and mix them together

Make sure the mix fills all the holes in the cake before pouring it on top

Put the cake in the fridge for at least two hours, or until the liquid is gone

Break the cake up into little cubes

Place cake cubes, whipped cream, and toasted coconut flakes in serving glasses

Do this again and again until the glass is full

Add more whipped cream and toasted shredded coconut on top when you're done

Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes before you serve it
