Crispy Parmesan Roast Potatoes



You can eat these Crispy Parmesan Roast Potatoes as a side dish or a snack. Adding Parmesan cheese, garlic, and thyme to the potatoes gives them a burst of flavor, and roasting them makes the outside crispy and delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 6 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C

Add diced potatoes to a large bowl

Add olive oil, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper

Toss the potatoes so that they are evenly covered

Place the potatoes on a baking sheet that has been lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper

Spread them out in a single layer

Put the potatoes in an oven that has already been heated for 30 to 35 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy

Flip them over halfway through cooking to make sure they cook evenly
